1. Seller Coordinates with Us

Once the seller and buyer agree on a sale, the seller provides us with the item details and buyer information. Pro Trans Way does not sell items directly—we manage the shipping and payment process on behalf of verified sellers.

2. Buyer Confirmation

We’ll contact the buyer to confirm the item details, delivery location, and preferred shipping timeline. Our team is happy to answer any questions before proceeding.

3. Secure Payment

To move forward, payment must be made in full via bank wire transfer to our corporate account. All transactions are securely handled, and funds are held until the item is delivered and confirmed.

4. Delivery & 14-Day Return Policy:

Once payment is received, we arrange nationwide shipping directly to the buyer’s location. You’ll have 14 days from delivery to inspect the item. If it doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll coordinate the return and issue a full refund.

5. Inspection & Approval:

Upon delivery, we encourage you to carefully inspect the item. If you’re satisfied and ready to proceed, notify our team and sign the bill of sale and title (if applicable). Once completed, please return a copy for our records.

6. Hassle-Free Return Option:

If for any reason you’re not satisfied within the 14-day window, just let us know. We’ll handle return shipping and issue a full refund—no questions asked and no hidden fees.

7. Enjoy Your Item:

Once the paperwork is finalized, the item is officially yours. We hope you enjoy your purchase and appreciate the trust you’ve placed in us.

8. Are you prepared to proceed?
